I 'm spending xmas in Orlando so that would make two trips within about a month. so lets see here; xmas gifts or concert.
Thanksgiving day with family or traveling on a plane back home by myself? Florida sunshine or a cold Maine day? A day with Jimmy or a day of licking stamps at work (I'm postal)? Decisions decisions!! :-?
The pre-concert parking lot party or shoveling snow from my parking lot?

Anyone want to help sway me to the darkside :D :D :D

PS Anyone from the Fenway show going??
I WANNA!!! I WANNA!!!

And I was seriously considering it..... But my boss told me yesterday that we have an important meeting on Nov 23. :( :( :(

DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! (And as for Thanksgiving, why not just come home late Wednesday? :D )

see, now, there's where you're wrong, my friend.... the couple of times I've met Heather, she's been absolutely pleasant to everyone. And a great personality beats great looks any day of the week!!! (The looks eventually disappear, no matter what you try to do about it...)

It's also where the Central Florida Parrothead set up, underneath the oak trees.

couldn't sleep - catching up on any posts I may not have seen and therefore not responded to....... Unfortunately I did not get the tickets- You have no idea how depressed I was when I found out I was outbid at the last minute. That morning I was fine - but my boss let me go home early and I forgot to check again.... and LEs told me to put them at $300 but I stayed at $275 - trying not to go over the $600 with taxes and processing yada yada yada.... so - I'm sure he is loving me right now.

Anyway - I am hoping they will re-release some the day of the show... or I will just get some on the ticket exchange. Seriously sick to my stomach that I had the chance for front row and blew it in the last hours.... I know a ticket broker who said that most of the 60 packages were probably all ticket brokers cause all the ticket websites have at least 3-5 of those seats that were in the auction - and they are now $750 a ticket.
We are still going no matter what - way too excited to get together with everyone!!!!!!!!!! :wench: .... but I think I am changing my screenname to "kickingselfinass"

After raising the pipe to the four corners of the world, and calling on the spirits of the four winds and their cousins, the breezes, the old man bowed and intoned in a solemn voice, "From this day forward, your Parrothead name shall be, 'Princess Kickinselfinass'. All who meet you shall use this name."

and there was little cheering.

There's at least 1 pair of tickets that didn't go to a broker. 8)
