I've been ever since seeing them play in Oxford, MS.

Most of the posters can't get past their fetish for mainstream "country" and appreciate real musicians!!
Or use their brain power to figure out what year it is. Well, that actually only goes for one poseur. Oops, "poster". :D
and theres another poster here who is so damn paranoid and stubbourn that if someone says their favorite album that they bought in 2004 was released in 2001, that poster sh*ts his pants and throws a hissy fit

I strongly suggest you take a look back at the thread in question and see who "sh*t" their pants and threw a "hissy fit". I actually know how to add and I know what year it is. It also helps to have reading skills since the thread is about what your favorite albums released in 2004 are, not what your favorite albums purchased in 2004 are. Big difference there. Something you still fail to grasp.

Something i still "fail to grasp" (don't y'all just love the way this guy tries to sound like a intellectual, or as someone else put it, a "music snob" ) is that you really care that much that i broke the rules of your thread

Hmmmm... could you have just ignored his posts that didn't fit the parameters that you adamantly insisted on adhering to similar to how you plead with everyone to just ignore the endless number of Billboard and Rolling Stone articles you post that very few people ever respond to if we aren't interested in them???

What part of a thread devoted to albums released in 2004 don't you understand? Funny, the best of 2004 thread is going on several other boards and there's not been one complaint so far and people are actually including albums released in 2004. Only at this web site is there any whining about it. Strange how that works.

so why didnt you just stay at the other boards where your kind of freaky people can be together?if this is the only place freaking out about it then i'd say it just wasnt a thread that anyone here liked,or maybe it's just you

I've never suggested people ignore the articles I've posted, I suggested that if you're not interested in them, just skip over them just as I do for dozens of threads here on a daily basis. DsilCaribe asked if it was alright to include an album from 2001 on a list for albums that came out in 2004 so I tried to politely set him straight. It's beyond my control if he happens to have a problem with his math skills.

I only saw two people that disapproved of the thread and those two appparently have a hard time understanding the concept of a thread that compiles albums that came out in 2004. The others posted their lists with no complaints whatsoever.

If you're looking for a stick up someone's ass I suggest you start with your own. A thread about your favorite albums released in 2004 is just that, not one about albums released in 2001. Do the math.

Jahfin- why don't you ask him to "do the math" one more time?
