I know that I posted this already in Bo2005 thread, but to make it more apparent to those interested (because obviously there was an interest in cuban music) i will post it here too. Mods, feel free to move it to the related artist discussion
This incredible Cuban artist, Lena (daughter of cuban musician Elena Burke), is not only known for her talented traits, but also for her compositions and instrumental abilities. Lena incorporates the elements of classical piano tunes with the profound intensity of the Caribbean beats. Lena herself is a very accomplished pianist, and also sang background on Alejandro Sanz's 2004 megahit, album of the year "No Es Lo Mismo." The first single, "Tu Corazon," has been released, which is a duet with Alejandro Sanz. Alejandro Sanz is one of the most sucessful and prolific Spanish musicians and songwriters, and is at the helm of this Lena project so I can only expect it to be one of the better albums of the year if Sanz is envolved.
