Yes, very tired ..... but I run on 6 hours of sleep each night religiously (can I say 'religiously' here??). I also just started taking some meds that say 'don't operate heavy machinery - may cause drowsiness'. Today looks like it will be a hard day to get through here at work. ZZzzzzzzz................... :-? :-?

I kind of allow myself an hour of "me" time before I hit the shower and head off to work...... If I just hang in bed & listen to the news and then hit the shower, I will be in bad shape......... So far, it has worked well....... (at least for the past month)
"me time with the computer".. sounds dirty to me. :D

Bad???? you may have a sleep issue..
I snore... and have been going off an average of 4 hours a night for 8 years.... do you think I have a sleeping disorder???

BTW -- Yes, I'm always tired --- but you get use to it after a couple years
I know I have a sleeping disorder from time to time due to my sinus' becoming inflamed and then having difficulty breathing through my nose.... This usually winds up with me snoring, my wife getting upset, restless sleep, heart palpitations and feeling jittery & shakey when its time to get up...... I also have poor sleep if I have eaten salty foods before going to bed.......

Maybe it was spanking the spunk OUT of him that caused the tiredness!
