I find that when my alarm goes off, I get up and turn on my computer no matter how tired I am, while it is booting up I hit the bathroom, log on and check e-mail, BN & my other favorite sites....... I kind of allow myself an hour of "me" time before I hit the shower and head off to work...... If I just hang in bed & listen to the news and then hit the shower, I will be in bad shape......... So far, it has worked well....... (at least for the past month)

And I am a night owl, so I'm almost always tired, since when I want to be up and running around I should be sleeping, and I have to work when I want to sleep.
