So what is your choice of Thanksgiving day wines?????? I go with a nice Chianti red for the pasta course, then a Chardonay for the rest........

I like to start off with a nice Pinot Grigio and finish with good Cab or Merlot so I guess both.

Red ~ 99% of the time. No matter what the meal, bring on the red. Cab-Sauvignon, Syrah/Shiraz, Cab-Franc, Barolo... bring it all on. As long as its red and not chilled.

Chardonnay or Chenin Blanc would be great with Thanksgiving dinner......but my very favorite wine is a good Merlot.....
Traditionally speaking though......Thanksgiving at my pholks' place usually consists of Sparkling Ciders.......apple, grape, cranberry.

Sounds like a perfect reason to get off those antibiotics. I mean really, what do doctors know?

I'm with you-though I am trying to get back into white wines.

While I enjoy the taste of reds, to be honest its more of a convenience. I don't have to worry about having a chilled bottle available.
