First, its tryptophan.

Second, when do people eat before the Turkey Day meal?
"But tryptophan doesn't act on the brain unless it is taken on an empty stomach with no protein present"

Third, they've never seen the quantities I eat.

Speaking of which, probably time for me to take a nap. zzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm actually looking forward to the game today. If Drew is for real I'll be a happy Cowboy fan again! If he isn't, I"ll just have to start following the Arena Football League er somethin'.... :-?

Are you a Cowboys fan??!??!!!

They are rare up here around NYC, me and the Cowboys go way back into the 90s when I was growing up and they won 3 super bowls 8) 8) 8) 8) Those were the good ole days. Unfortunately, I don't see a super bowl appearance in the near future.

how bout the running back, Julius Jones?? 150 yards 2 tds... imagine if he had been playing every game since the beginning of the season, we'd be a much better team and record right now.

Yeah.. That injury really hurt us.. Now just gotta hope that Drew Henson can realize that he's supposed to be playing football, not baseball... :-?
