Did anyone not receive a CD with their book? I had ordered the book from Amazon, and it clearly said it came with a CD, yet when I received my shipment today, the book had nothing with it.

As it is only the one song, I am not too disappointed, but it would be nice to have so I can get rid of my clip from AOL Music...

I'm sure it is a problem in the coding, but it sure surprised me and couldnt' figure it out the first time I played it
