Men's Journal With JB Now In Bookstores

I just picked up the new Men's Journal at Barnes and Noble bookstore. The cover has a picture of JB and there are several pages devoted to Jimmy and A Salty Piece of Land. It is a classic article about the stuff many of us identify with and search for, Paradise/Margaritaville. It is great to see Jimmy pictured in a good way as we know him. I think you will enjoy. I know I have and will keep this copy around for a while. Let me know what you think.

Went to the mall to go to the new Barnes and Noble, no parking! So went home... ! RATS!!!

Tomorrow, I also hope they have his new book... It is on my Christmas list...

On a cold day, this could be one of the best reads of the year, hope everyone gets this issue. It is a keeper!

didnt the last isue of mens journal that jimmy was on feature him with a surfboard too? same photographer or same session and just reusing the photos?

I wonder if they will have it in Puerto Vallarta. Most magazines are translated into Spanish. Now that would be a real keeper if I got one in Español.

Does anyone know what stores carry this magazine or when it "officially" comes out? Unfortunately I go to school where there's no Borders or Barnes and Noble around. I tried Walden Books, Food Lion, and Sheetz, but none of them had it. Thanks!

I bought it at Books-A-Million.
Pretty good read, but is'nt anything concerning Jimmy?
Were were supposed to feel sorry for the writer not getting to fish with Jimmy? :lol:

I just looked online at www.mensjournal.com and it is the January edition. You can order a year for $9.95 and get an extra two issues. It says Jimmy's article is on page 54.

just got the article. very little on jimmy, actually read more like an editorial. the impression i was left with was the quote by thoreau 'the most of men live their lives in quiet desperation.'
