Pabst Blue Ribbon Bottle Caps

Does anyone know what you are supposed to do with the bottle caps on Pabst Blue Ribbon beer????? They have on the inside the numbers & suits from a deck of cards........Seems like some kind of bar game I guess, but I have no clue........

Maybe you are supposed to use them to get a clue and drink good beer.

Living here in Baltimore as a kid it was always PBR or Natty Boh! I don't know which one is worse?

Yes... never drank it... I was too young, but I remember it being around my parents and the neighbors house when I was a kid.
Anyone remember Falstaff beer? There used to be puzzles on those bottle caps too.
