WOW! From my perspective, the sophomoric humor was brilliant, and the condescending insults idiotic. There can't be anything worse, when you feel you are of superior intelligence, than getting outwitted by the person you're calling stupid. :P
Sounds like the voice of experience talking.

Many pages back, I said...

With that, I am throwing in the towel, and respectfully backing out of the p*** match.

And I've said more than once before, you might as well get used to it because just as everyone else does, I'm also going to continue to express my opinion.

ARE YOU KIDDING????? What kind of sense of humor do you have???@?@?@?!?!?!?!? I guess everything must be articulated perfectly and eloquently and must contain "If you were to go back and read my posts regarding the latter subject, you may realize that you are incorrect in your presumption of my opinion on this subject. Nowhere did i state in any of my posts that . . . blah blah blah" for it to be considered Jahworthy humor and not condicendingly "idiotic".

Shane is BY FAR the funniest character at Buffettnews.com. I'd say i laugh at 9/10 things he posts. He lightens up the very serious atmosphere that you help bring to this site Jah!
And this coming from someone that couldn't figure out that you can actually listen to XM other places than in your car.
that was a joke. . . .trust me, i've seen those gay commercials with Elton John walking around with his little XM iPod thingy . . .once again, you can't recognize humor.
No but I recognize stupidity when I see since you sure seemed quite serious to me.
yeah i'm the stupid one . . .. whose the one who wastes their entire life memorizing every musicians first and last name, spending all of their time on multiple message boards, buying 5 thousand albums a year and waisting their money on that instead of spending it maybe going to a bar or a club to maybe meet some women and, dare say, possibly get laid for the first time in their life!!! :o :o

Taking some words from a song, by a guy who means so much to us all, "It's time for a change, I'm tired of that same old same. Days precious days, rolling out like waves." I think Alan Jackson and Mr. Buffett both sing those verses, but time does roll along like waves coming to shore, then back to the sea again.
The way I look at it, heck there are a lot of recording stars out there cranking out the CD's for all of us to pick and choose from. Heck, I still listen to my 60's music The Kinks, early Stones and my kids when they are over still hate it.
They have come to enjoy JB and really were surprised don't tell any other PHds a couple of Alan Jackson CD's and yes everyone two Kenny Chesney CD's now.
But I guess it all could be worse everyone, so much worse, just listen to the news or turn on CNN, MSNBC, so much worse. :pirate:

pss...Kenny Chesney lives in the Islands for 3 months of the year for about the past 5 or 6 years. He knows the scenery quite well. More so than the majority of people on this board.

And you're way too late on this one! He's already covered "Come Monday" on a CD and covers "Cheeseburger In Paradise" during his live shows.

Get a clue and get informed before making ignorant comments.

KC's version of "Come Monday" is not very good. He should have left the classic alone. Never heard him CIP.
