I just realized I was at the 2/8/03 show where Jimmy said Hi to the Balcony Girls..... that is also the day I met Les.... that would also be today -so it is 2 years for us.. looking forward to another Tampa show - and I feel it will be even better outside!!!!!!!!!

Yeah - it's a good day..... and just for the record.... we were not the couple in the 8th row..... I was in BFE somewhere high above the floor - Les and I talked all day long on and off but I didn't even sit with him during the concert - wasn't until after when he was taking down his tiki bar that we .......ugh....well........ you know how it is in the parking lots

THE OFFICIAL TAMPA BAY PARROT HEADS PRE CONCERT PARTY - Saturday, February 26th, - Ford Amphitheater - TAILGATING WILL BE ALLOWED!!! Here it is. This is historic. The very first time in the Tampa Bay area we - anyone - has been able to have tailgating for any concert. Details will be finalized next week, but tentatively the gates will open between @ 2:00 p.m. (maybe earlier) We will have 2 or 3 bands playing either in the parking lot or directly across from the entrance. The CARIBBEAN CHILLERS are one of the bands currently booked. The lovely Reeferette, Ms. Heather Perry, will once again join us for a dance or 2. There may be a few other surprise guests. Sponsored by MARGARITAVILLE TEQUILA, FORD AMPHITHEATER & THE TAMPA BAY PARROT HEAD CLUB. A special Teeeeeeeeeaaaaammmm Drink goes out to Dave and Margaritaville Tequila for helping us put this all together, as well as our new friends at the Ford Amphitheater. Please make them your tailgating tequila choice for this awesome event and respect the grounds there by cleaning up after your party!
We will be holding a raffle in the afternoon. All proceeds will benefit the SAVE THE MANATEE CLUB. There will be several signed Buffett memorabilia and other great prizes. One of the winning prizes will be 2 VIP passes to the Margaritaville Spirits party held before the concert.
