No one has claimed SOASOAPT for this concert - who else is going? This concert is on a Saturday, and he's got a date with Prthd119 in Jacksonville on Monday. We need to find someone who will be at both shows. If that's not possible, she said she'll drive to Daytona on Sunday to pick him up.

Anybody willing to help?
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving

I will be there too. :D Went last year and met up with the PHC at the Crowne Plaza, does anyone know if they're arranging another party like that again?

P.S. SOASOAPT: I am going to all three shows so I may be able to help out, PM me if you'd like.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not going but found this info on the Buffett Listserv Yahoo group and thought I'd pass it on
*******************************
He's Coming Back to Town!!!
. . . We're going to party just like Bubba does!!!
Hi There Phellow Parrot Heads!
The party is once again going to be at Ft. Lauderdale's Office Depot Center
on Saturday, February 19th, 2005, and the Barefoot Children of Ft.
Lauderdale Parrot Head Club members have quite a phew phun things in the works.
So we
hope to see you there!
Our ophicial host hotel will be the Hilton just south of Oakland Park
Blvd. on University! All parties are open to everyone, whether you're staying
at
the hotel or not, club member or not. In search of a room? You can check out
the hotel's web site at _Hilton Ft. Lauderdale/Sunrise_
(http://www.hiltonfortlauderdale.com/) (_www.hiltonfortlauderdale.com_
(http://www.hiltonfortlauderdale.com) ) as we have a block of beautiful rooms
reserved there for a
rate of $129 for Standard Deluxe King or Double room and Suites are $149. Call

the hotel at (954) 748-7000 and ask for the "Parrot Head" rate; the group
code is JBC. The hotel is located about 5 miles from the venue so we are in the

process of setting up a bus to run us to and from the venue for those
interested. Details and cost to follow.
Check back often for updated information:
_www.BarefootChildrenPHC.com/concert.htm_
(http://www.BarefootChildrenPHC.com/concert.htm)
The Hilton Info:
Breakfast each day will open at 6:30 am and also serves lunch and dinner.
Boat drinks and liquid refreshments will be available daily with the exception
of Sunday when they are required not to serve alcohol until Noon. There will
be bars set up in the courtyard and pool area featuring drink specials
during the phestivities plus the hotel bar is right inside the courtyard
doors.
No glass or glass containers will be allowed on the Pool Deck at any time.
FRIDAY: If you're coming in on Friday night we're starting the party early.
The Barefoot Children of Ft. Lauderdale will be chillin' by the pool at the
Hilton starting around 6:00 p.m. There'll be tunes, Cheeseburgers in Paradise
along with hot dogs and chicken with all the traditional salads and fixins'
on the menu, drinks specials plus a raffle of all sorts of cool
parrotphanalia.
SATURDAY: We'll be poolside again at noontime and the grill will be fired up
so be ready to catch some rays and party! Local musician Catfish Hunter,
who knows plenty of Buffett music, will be providing the entertainment from
1:00 to 4:00 pm or later! We'll have food available, the drinks will be flowing

and there'll be plenty of raffles to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in
Ft. Lauderdale.
After the concert, head on back to the hotel where they'll have some late
night snacks available for all party goers.
At Office Depot:
Tailgating:
The gates at Office Depot open at 5:30 p.m. so join us in the Parrot Head
area at Gate 2. There are some restrictions as tailgating is against City
Ordinance. It's not the venue's fault. No fires, no grills or BBQs, no
canopies/awnings/tents are allowed in the parking lots. No glass allowed either
so put
your beverages in plastic cups . . . and be sure to dispose of your trash
properly. Parking is $10 per car and $20 for buses.

Concert starts at 8:00 p.m.
Questions?
There'll be more information available at the hotel on the parties mentioned
above. If you have any questions about anything, please do not hesitate to
contact me on my cell phone at (561) 251-8732. I'll have it on even during
the partying . . . but off during the show!

Do you think I can still get tickets? My brother lives in Coconut Creek and was thinking that doing a concert with him would be fun. 2/19 being a Saturday and a holiday weekend, I am thinking it might be a good weekend for a trip.

Yeah I know I am flying from RI and I had to leave the 14thand stay thru the 23 to get 150 roundtrip on Southwest. They seem to be all booked though. I think Orbitz also had some low fares but from like the 18th thru the 23 or something.

I wouldn't suggest non stop if you are looking for inexpensive fares. This is by far the easiest concert to get tickets for. Anyway, well I hope you make it and I hope to get to meet (not meat) some people again this year! Last year was a blast!!!
