Just wanted to update everyone on the LVPHC pre-party for this show. We had our board meeting for the club last nite and Last Man Standing will definitely happen again this year on Friday night at Tommy Rocker's. No entertainment has been finalized yet....but if the club can get the lineup we are going after, this event will be better than ever!!! Keep checking here and I'll post details as they become finalized.....and make sure you're flight arrives in time to make the Last Man Standing party Friday night!!!!

-Tommy Rocker just gets done playing Bob Roberts on his trombone and tosses it over the fence on to the road behind. The same night I got to meet Robert G and Michael Utley. The Whaleshark, Erik Pietsch was there. Great night!

You are going to have a hard time topping that night. Oh man I can't wait.

If you pholks haven't been to the LVPHC party at Tommy Rocker's then you definately are missing something. I have just as much fun there as I do at the actual concert. It wouldn't be a proper Vegas trip without the Last Man Standing Party.

The MGM has yet to post the press release on their site for this show....but someone at work gave me a copy of it. Although I'm not going to transcribe all the bio stuff, here's what it has to say on ticket information.....

Tickets priced at $200, $100 and $65, not including applicable service charges and taxes, go on sale Saturday, Jan. 22 at 10 a.m. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena box office. Tickets also will be sold at all Las Vegas Ticketmaster locations (Tower Records/WOW!, Smith's Food and Drug Centers, Robinsons-May stores and Ritmo Latino) and ticket sales are limited to eight (8) per person. To charge by phone with a major credit card, call MGM Grand Reservations at 800-929-1111/702-891-7777 or Ticketmaster at (702) 474-4000. Tickets are also available for purchase at www.mgmgrand.com or www.ticketmaster.com.

Wristband distribution will begin on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 6 a.m. and end at 9 a.m. A random number will than be drawn and a line-up will be in sequential order beginning with the random number selected. A wristband does not guarantee that a ticket can be purchased.

Doesn't seem to be any different from last year.....good luck to everyone in landing good tickets!

All booked at Flamingo and ready to go. Got rental car from Vegas to Phoenix too!

You are so right -- I have been MIA for a week -- out with the flu! But, I'm coming to Vegas and if it is half the fun it always is we'll have a blast.

My goal is three shows this year, so now I'm adding Chicago if I can!
