And don't forget, the date of the show is 6 days before my birthday. We need a big celebration, at my age I don't know how many I have left.

Lucky lady you! I wish we could go. I need to stay away from this thread. I would LOVE to surprise hubby for his BDAY but honeymoon in May and California in August is gonna run us into the ground.
I even think my hopes for Dallas and Nissan have been dashed because of all of Tony's medical bills recently.

Got our tickets this morning and booking hotel room now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait!! gonna drive the family nuts with nothing but Jimmy on the stereo until then!!LOL!!!
Got section L5 row B seats ,3 and 4 !! wanted closer but just happy to be going!!
Gotta order the required Fins hat for the wife and Parrot hat for me!!LOL!!

I just got back from the MGM and did not buy a ticket today. Before they went on sale, they told us there would be no availability in sections A, B, or C on the floor....as well as none at all in sections 16 and 17 or the lower parts of 14 and 15 (that has to be at least 1000 tickets). The best options I could have gotten were in U15 or L13.
However, I heard a guy from a ticket brokerage say they did the same thing for Rod Stewart and than released good seats about a week later cause they knew these would move quickly.
Therefore, if anyone is still holding out.....I would suggest checking Ticketmaster daily and see what comes up......you may be able to pick up prime seats in the upcoming days.
They also told me that there was no availability on the floor....but I just pulled up a pair of tickets in Section F a few minutes ago.
This onsale is going very strange.......but there are a lot of good seats still unsold.....persistence may definitely pay for this show.
