Poplar Creek
The World Theater
Beacon Theater
Hollywood Bowl

Where do I start?
At least 10 different venues in Florida, from a small bar in Key West to Gusman Hall in Miami, Miami Jai Alai Fronton, Tampa (forgot where), Ft. Lauderdale Center for the Performing Arts (no longer there), and the regular larger venues. In Nevada, Caesars Palace in both Tahoe and Vegas and the MGM Grand. In California, Coors Amph, Del Mar Race Track, San Diego Convention Center, San Diego Sports Arena, Orange County Amph (called something different now), Greek Theatre in LA, Shoreline, Berkley and I was probably too stoned to remember some others. A great majority of theses were before 1985, after then I stayed closer to home in San Diego. At least 22 I am aware of, but something will probably jog my memory.

Re: Different Venues That You've Seen Jimmy At
yes, you do. That is actually the fun part of the process: getting on the plane and firing up "Far Side of the World" for the dash down the runway to rotation.beantownfan wrote:Lets move past the number of concerts you've attended to the number of venues that you've been to (you gotta really love the man to travel!).

I have never understood people who whine, "Why isn't Jimmy coming to <insert name of town here>? Don't he love us no more?".

This year, Alpine probably. Chicago, maybe. Cinci, probably. Need to get an east coast venue and a west coast covered.. and Denver in the Pop Can would be fun (just heard that old friends' of my parents' daughter and her husband are die-hard phans, and there are friends in CO I haven't seen... mmmmmmm... tempting...)

Question: "And now Kenny Chesney has recorded a beach album." Jimmy's Answer: "It's flattering. Some people say I should be p*** off about it but I'm really not. It's the highest form of flattery, and I'm fine with it."
