I have to agree. My kids still think Christmas is the best day of the year (Happy Birthday, JB!), but the Alpine concert is my "Christmas".chibears wrote:Can't wait any longer for this date. Need a good 6 months to plan for Alpine properly. This is the most important day of the year for me.
Anyway, my group for alpine can be anywhere from about 4 of us to upwards of 20, depending on the year. Looking very PHorward to meeting up and partying with all of you.
Also, once we get a date, I usually play a round of golf at Alpine the friday b4 the show. Would love to organize tee times for anyone interested in playing. We tee off, crack open our first beers of the weekend and drink, golf, and party. I promise I'll play in my grass skirt and even possibly my coconut bra, we can bring radio's to listen to JB. May have to get their early to properly decorate the golf carts proberly too. At night, they usually have a PH band playing at the bar there the night b4.
Once we can confirm the date, I'll probably start a thread to organize.

My followers have increased over the years, starting out with 6 of us to about 26 last year. Gettin' tickets may be a bigger chore this year as they closed the Piggly Wiggly that had the only Ticketmaster counter in town. I know there'll be several of us trying on line, but a drive to wait in line may be in order also.

Hey guys, new to this forum, i did not feel like reading the last 15 pages, I got a condo at the Cove and me and a ton of my friends will be going, dont know if this has been brought up, i was just wondering if anyone that lives in the Lake Geneva area is interested in renting out a bus or something like that?
