Not to be a downer or anything but just be aware that your bribe could bring Brian to spill the news that he won't be playing Alpine

People that went to shows at Great Wood also said "He'll never not play here" I really think that Jimmy will play Alpine but it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't based on all the goofy stadium stuff that is going on.

Maybe if Alpine was bypassed, he could play Miller Park though - tailgating would still be pretty good

I'd be there! Don't know how I'd like it, but I'll try anything once! And I have to agree on the tailgating - they have years of experience there!

I'd be there! Don't know how I'd like it, but I'll try anything once! And I have to agree on the tailgating - they have years of experience there!

I dont think Miller park would be very fun, man Alpine is the best i cant imagine he wont play there.

I guess anything's possible, including a no-show. I'd only be really p!ssed if he skipped Alpine and still did two shows in Chicago!

I in agreement with Wade here... be prepared for the worst... hope for the best.

(but now I may be going to Brazil in late June so if I go, then Alpine's definitely OUT!)

If Jimmy can't come to Alpine this year I guarantee I'll still be organizing my group of Parrothead Phriends! Only it will be a Buffett Bash in Oshkosh. It might only be digital renderings of the real thing, but just imagine what can be done with the money and time NOT spent on the concert. Hmmmmm, sounds like a good reason to whip up some homebrew! Like I always say, when life gives you lemons, make some beer to put them in!

Of course it is. Nobody truly knows any tour info besides Jimmy and his management... therefore, until they announce a show at Alpine it's always a possibility that he might not play there. There have already been many variations with this tour to the "typical" tour schedule that he has maintained over the last few years. Hell, he didn't play Great Woods last year... he's playing PNC park on a Sunday... he's most likely going to play two shows at Wrigley... he might play Camden Yards... he might play Gillette Stadium... there's no legitimate rationale to assume any particular concert site is guaranteed a show.
