Nothin' is ever a given, and while I do find it difficult to believe he'd pass up on Alpine, he hasn't ALWAYS played there. Wtih nothin' else to discuss while we wait for official word, working on a plan "B" doesn't hurt.

I guess anything's possible. But it just seems with all of the rumors and date possibilities that have been flying around (thank you dino and Captain P), the possibility of Alpine not happenening does not seem very likely. I would be more worried if there was nothing coming out at all as far as rumored dates.
I am going to stay the optimistic Parrothead and say it's on for sure, probably in July!!!

Just a reminder... Dino doesn't have any contacts w/in Buffett management... his contacts are through hotels... therefore, he might hear word of a confirmed date before any of us, but he doesn't have insight on the actual probability of a concert date being confirmed.

I still haven't gotten over Ireland and the Coast of Marseilles yet! I should really downsize food and material stuff to upsize my travel budget!

Thanks for the optimism! We're all pulling for another warm sunny summer afternoon and evening near East Troy! I do believe this is Buffett's northernmost lattitude for an outdoor venue, so let's hope he likes our attitude!

Uh... well, I never actually made it to Marseilles... I rode by it on a train from Nice to Paris. But, did I mention I'm going to Antigua for a week in October too???

Well hopefully we will know soon. Buffett has been approved for Wrigley for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th so now that is done the rest should come soon.
