Deep fried to a golden color.....YUM!

Don't be fooled by those "imitation" cheese chunks, cubes, or other cut or shaped cheese things some people call curds. If it didn't come out of the vat as a curd, it can't be called a curd! :P

I have to read slower: I thought you said "If it didn't come out of the cat as a turd..." :o

If it doesn't squeek when you bite into it, its a chunk of cheese not a curd.

Its not, live mouse sqeeking on molar impact, its more of a gym shoe on the floor kind of a noise. Curd being like a rubbery gym shoe bottom, teeth, being like the hard floor.

When Eric first ate a cheese curd, he was laughing so hard because they were squeeking....You just can't stop it! (if they are the good ones anyway...)

Nearly 50 pages, and still a thread without a concert......at least we won't get hungry with all of the cheese curds showing up.

Doesn't this say something about Alpine?? Out of all the venues that Jimmy plays, it seems like judging by the number of posts throughout the entire year Alpine always is the most popular venue there is for Jimmy. How can there be talk that Jimmy won't play there? Has there ever been a season at Alpine without him? I'm trying to stay optimistic...but am starting to become a little concerned...

A squeeky cheese curd might help turn that frown upside down!

Going back a few years, when he didn't play at Alpine he played at Milwaukee's Summerfest.....and THAT'S a whole different type of party (but still the good kind)
