Wow. I had forgotten all the stuff I did in the 80's. The skating rink was a blast. The arcade was even better. Remember your favorite games??
Star Wars, Asteroids, Pac Man, Q-bert, Track and Field, and that karate game (I forget the name)
Anyone remember Friday Night Videos? (For those of us who didn't have MTV yet)

How did I Miss this thread until now??? I graduated in 1989! Madonna, when she KNEW she was a sl*t. Leg warmers in the winter, jellies in the summer. BIG hair...yup. My hubby and I began dating in August, 87'. He called in Bon Jovi hair. Fluoresent clothes. I had a cool pair of David Lee Roth, red and white striped, incredibly tight jeans. and I had a pair that folded over at the waistband. Yeah, that's slimming!
Wow, what a fashion nightmare those days were but you know what, I loved them!

Do you remember when that game came out that was the first movie-like one. It had that hero guy who had to rescue the princess. There was a ball that rolled toward him and a castle that crumbled and a dragon to fight. It was the first game I remember costing I think 1.00 and there were lines across the arcade to play it.Remember your favorite games??

Ok I know this was late 80s early 90s............
Who wore SKIDZ? The pants with the traffic sign on the back. They were quite fashioable back then, i think today they would compare to lounge pants. Not only were they already big and baggy, but then we pegged them too. We looked like clowns
What were we thinking
Gotta love the 80s

Ok, ladies, one more thing................
MULTIPLES...............
Did anyone else have them in every color, style etc..........
Found this about them:
Multiples Female Clothes '80s These were a collection of knit separates - tunic tops (long and short sleeved), pull-on pants, skirts, a few dresses (shapeless) and ALWAYS the matching tube hat could be either a belt, a tube top or a thick headband (really thick. They came in solids at first, and then a few large prints. They were great for travel but, oh, so clingy!!
Do you remember them? If your with me on this, let me know. I wore them forever, about 4 days a week, had to fit the guess jeans with the zippers at the ankle in once a week.
I can explain more thoroughly.

I can't forget about 'Flashdance'

The song by Irene Cara takes me back
Vanessa Del Rio's 'Fleshdance' wasn't too bad either
