Okay, I'll be the first to add my name to the list...thanks to CheetoGyrl securing a pre-sale ticket for me!

Hey, I don't start things....I just finish them!

I'm just glad I was able to get pre-sale tickets! Now I don't have to worry about trying to get them on Monday! This weekend is going to be a BLAST! What's better than Bubba, Stars on the Water, Mark Mulligan, lots of rum and Tiki Bars in Laughlin????? Too bad you're gonna miss it!

I noticed on the Arrowhead Pond site that they are still taking pre-sale orders.....do you know if tickets are still available?

Not sure about the presale tickets. They called and confirmed that I got my 8 yesterday but I faxed in my order not more than 20-30 minutes after they posted the presale online (and that was last Friday night). You can always try faxing them and if you don't receive a phone call by Sunday, get on Ticketmaster on Monday morning when they go on sale. Or you can call the box office number and press 0 to talk to someone.

Cuz you're ditching the rest of us for a wedding.

Let's see....a couple hours where you get to sit in a chair, eat some bad banquet food and watch all the silliness of throwing the garter/bouquet, etc. OR drinking rum(no Patron for you), dancing on chairs with Tiki Gods, eating orange chicken, doing a little gambling (craps is my new game) and just having a weekend of complete debauchery.

HMMMM.....let me think about that for a sec..OK, I know where I'm gonna be! WOO!!!! I have to pay homage to my WOO and stalker roots! The CC ROCKS (no A if you're not there).

Alas,

SDPirate40 and my bride to be Heather will be arriving in Maui April 6th, getting married in Maui on April 8th. Our honeymoon is the entire time Jimmy is on the west coast! Darn it! We are going to miss the shows!! First time since 1986 I missed the OC shows! I actually thought of changing the wedding date......but wised up.

Heather and I will not be at the show in the FINS BUS, we will miss all of you.....

Good question!

Actually, she is a great Parrothead who went with me to four shows last year of my seven. She knows all of the words to SYKBH, which ain't bad.

The wedding is more like a coronation, which she has planned everything....no way I could ask!

Plus, well she is quite a catch....Jimmy for once does not take my first priority....

Hey Dean...Believe me it's harder than you think to get brides to change their wedding dates for parrot head events. I have friends that are getting married on the 9th and are insisting that I come to their wedding. I've tried to 1) Get out of my obligation, 2) Have them change the date, 3) Have them change the venue...and believe it or not they are not willing to accomodate my trip to PTTW! ARRRRR!!!!

Meanwhile, CheetoGyrl and Parrothead MaMa are doing everything they can to 1) Convince me to bail on the wedding, 2) Devise ways to kidnap and take me to the desert, 3) Well, I'm not sure exactly what #3 is yet, but you can bet it involves me getting in a lot of trouble!

OK, as a wedding planner I can honestly say that the bride will not even remember who was at her wedding that day. So that means both SB Pyrat and SDPirate40 can show up for the entire weekend. They won't even know you're gone.

SDPirate40-Just give her a blow up doll...she'll be fine.

SBPyrat-A will ROCK again.....only if A is there!

It's a proven fact that 97% of weddings that happen on the same weekend of a Buffett show end in divorce (this data supplied by Margaritaville's wedding planner division). Trust me, it's best to change the date.

I've heard enough now about weddings!

The Vegas show last fall was the centerpiece for my buddy's wedding at the MGM, and it was plenty enough!

Now, how are we gonna meet to pre-party and have Jer & Stars On The Water playing at Acapulco's when it's on a Thursday (not a Saturday like last year)???
This is the true dilemma
