You Chesney fans kill me!!
Jimmy is not the only artist allowed to do island music.
you're right, bob marley is EXCELLENT! chesney is not ISLAND music.
um, there is more island subject matter in this one Chesney cd then there is in all of Bob Marley's catalog.
Not that that's a bad thing just thought I'd let you know.
The whole subject matter of Kenny cd is islands, which guess what? makes it island music.
Not to mention the presense of congas as well as steel drums by Robert Greenidge who btw is Jimmy's steel drum player.

no it's not but it'll be a long time before she dies. It's all those chemicals she's put in her body over the years - mainly thru plastic surgery

If some of you would just s*** it up and give the cd a chance you just might like some of the MUSIC. Is it because of your dislike of Kenny's music before he made the island cd? so now he is not allowed to do so? So much for the Parrothead attitude. If your gonna ride his @ss so hard why not ride the others so don't stop there go and p*** on Jim Morris, Sunny Jim, Eric Stone etc...
If you so high on Bob Marley's music then start paying attention to the lyrics and stop spreading so much negativity around.

"Just can't live that negative way... make way for the positive day!"
Bob Marley
The others aren't Nashville phonies.
Jimmy started in Nashville also.
So you don't like him because....he was a successful country artist and made a island cd...man that's a little silly.
Correction: Jimmy didn't make it in Nashville, decided to pretty much chuck it all, and wound up on a boat in Key West.
Jimmy is the truest definition of island music, or as I heard someone once describe it: Country Calypso :D

As for KC, don't listen to much of him, no real opinion.... sure he's a decent human bean
I agree HE (JB) is the best...today it's touch and go, but I do think some of the ones that are bashing KC new cd without listening probably should go back to the playground.

You're smart enough to know the difference. Spyware thread=starting shiat
My addition to any of Jah's threads=starting shiat.

Making a point and moving on=Dissagree

It's one thing to disagree once and be done with it but to repeatedly post over and over again that you don't like ANYTHING - be it NASCAR, a movie or Kenny Chesney is just repeating the same old song and dance and it DOES give the appearance that you or anyone else who does it is doing it just to start shiat. I'm not saying don't offer a negative opinion but for you and several others you take it overboard just as some people do in their harassment of Jahfin. There's nothing different - just the subject matter.

oh so you're going by the adage that since everyone is doing it I have to too?? You're not a leader you're a follower?? Dude we all know you hate KC - you've said so since the summer. And if I freaking harassed Jahfin as much as you post that you don't like KC I would be harassing Jah on a daily basis. I didn't say I wasn't guilty but I try to avoid harassing Jah more than you even attempt to stay away from a KC thread and voicing your opinion that is the same each and every time. I have always considered you a pretty smart guy so please quit playing dumb on this matter.
