Google Task Bar
Does anyone know the website where I can go to download the google taskbar to put at the top of my screen? All I can seem to find is the stand alone search engine that displays at the bottom of my screen. I'm looking for the one with search engine, pop up blocker, etc. Thanks.

You can download the Firefox browser which has a pop up blocker built in along with the Google taskbar.

Thank you...someone who is not oblivious to the numerous and nagging problems and exploits within IE...Firefox is soooo the way to go..I have been using it since the early versions and i'll never switch back to IE. No virus problems...spyware...awesome popup blocking and the good ole clean Google search bar. Definitely worth the upgrade instead of just adding a nice tool into the trashbag that is Internet Explorer.UAHparrothead wrote:http://www.mozilla.org/

That's actually the only thing I miss about Mozilla... My IE Google Taskbar. I miss being able to search the document for words, translate pages, and search for images all from the taskbar. Oh yeah, also there are a few webpages that don't work with Mozilla. Other than that, I've really enjoyed my Firefox!Lastplaneout wrote:Thank you...someone who is not oblivious to the numerous and nagging problems and exploits within IE...Firefox is soooo the way to go..I have been using it since the early versions and i'll never switch back to IE.
