What would you call the same people voicing their negative opinions and saying the same thing for the past year doing?

I'd call them the same thing as the ones voicing the positive opinions... we're all entitled to them.

Trying to keep a positive outlook on life, I've never understood the mentalities of people who focus on the negative, and ooze it in many of their discussions, no matter what the topic is. But I've also recognized some with the ability to also inject humor, which will still make me laugh, even if I disagree. (Some of the KC song titles for instance.)
