Irvine California--Will Buffett ever play there again?

Anyone know the real reason Jimmy will not play at Irvine?
This place was the real beginning of the tailgate party, Jimmy mentions this in one of his books.
This is also the place where the name "Parrotheads" was created by Mr. Timmy B. Schmidt of the Eagles.
Jimmy used to ALWAYS end his tours here.

What happened? It has been a very LONG 2 years without the all out classic Tailgate party in October.

Rumors as to why:
1--Irivie Police and their new Chief hates Buffett music and the whole scene.
2--The Businesses around Irvine (Verizon Amphitheatre), formerly Irvine Meadows, did not like the mess caused last time the gates did not open early (2002).
3--Jimmy Buffett and his crew are WAY TOO demading on what they need, food and drink types, in each of their perspecive dressing rooms before the show. Irvine Meadows really does not have backstage dressing rooms, groups use their tour buses.
4--Irvine Police wants Jimmy Buffett to pay for all the security and extra Police for the events.

Or maybe there's not some deep, dark mystery about why there hasn't been a show in Irvine. Maybe JB's management isn't as nostalgiac and sentimental about where the whole "Parrothead" thing got started... and therefore it could just be a negotiating failure. It's probably more likely that the best deal hasn't come across the table from either side.
