Google Yourself

Post by nycparrothead »

Anyone get anything interesting when they Google their own name?

I found the thing about the hurricane relief that's in my "shameless self-promotion" thread by googling cause work didn't tell me that they put it up like they said they would. And, it isn't there anymore, but last year I found something that I had written on Latin America for a class I took as a college freshman.. I had completely forgotten about it and it was pretty cool to read it years later....

I am no longer googlable. Last year the last of the articles that proclaimed my athletic brilliance dissappeared. Geesh you think that 11 year old articles on division 1-aa football would stand the test of time.

Got 3 hits that were actually me. Volunteer recognition for Junior Achievement, I am in a company picnic picture on my wife's company's webiste, and a friend's website has a picture of my dog with my name in the caption.
Guess I'm pretty low on the googibility radar.
