Hey, there's nothing wrong with the High Life! I didn't post that picture in jest, there really is High Life in my fridge. When I was in college and right after I got out, I thought I had to pay and keep "good stuff" for guests. Then I learned that High Life actually doesn't taste bad, its much cheaper, and I don't have to worry about anyone stealing it! :pirate:

The best beer is DOS Equis, similar to Corona or if you want something that tastes sweet try Woodchuck (tastes like apple juice) and has a high percentage of alcohol.

Ummm, yeah ok. Dos Equis is actually beer while Corona is colored water. :P

BTW, Woodchuck tastes that way because it is cider. Chicks dig cider; gets them drunk faster. 8) :pirate:

And I thought Parrotheads had better taste than that. Obviously I was wrong. Or maybe I am just spoiled with good beer. American mass produced beer is all bad.

Well, a lot of us don't believe in passing judgement on everyone in one fell swoop, if that's what you mean by having better taste.

I quit drinking beer some years ago and have completely lost the taste for it. Most of my friend drink bud light or lilelr lite. I used to enjoy Heiniken, Corona, and dark brews.

Don't get me wrong, not passing judgement, it is just that friends don't let friends drink bad beer. So calm down, pass me that mass produced American stuff, I will pour it into the brat pot, and I will replace it with a finely crafted brew.

Of all the beers available nationally, Sam Adams is my choice

But my favorites are Fat Tire from New Belgium in Fot Collins, CO, or anything from Victory Brewery in Downingtown PA.

And yes, I'll have a Corona in the parking lot....

I just tried a good one last night:
Old Brown Dog Ale, from Smuttynose Brewing, New Hampshire.

Kit Hoover, the little hottie on COLD PIZZA, raves about the Champagne of Bottle Beers.

Me, I have a few favorites, depending on mood.

SHINER BOCK (Lance Armstrong's favorite)

LABATT's BLUE LIGHT ( drop the puck, dammit)

CAROLINA BLONDE ( Haven't you always wanted to try a Carolina Blonde?)

CAROLINA LIGHTHOUSE ( My beach brew of choice)

RED STRIPE ( when I want to get beach extreme!)

but, I may have to try that new Bud Extra - supposed to be a combination of Bud and an energy drink. CAFFEINE BEER!
