BN Pine Box Derby 3 (MAKE MONEY, IMPRESS YOUR FRIENDS...)

Post by st.somewhere »

THE 3RD "MULTI" ANNUAL B.N. CELEBRITY DEATH POOL!

OFFICIAL RULES:

Each contestant will pick one celebrity that they think will be the next to die. Only one celebrity per BNer and the same celebrity cannot be picked by multiple people. Once you make your pick you must keep that pick! In other words... ONCE A PICK HAS BEEN MADE, NO CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED. The contest will officially start on Monday night / Tuesday morning (3/1/2005) at 12:00 A.M. EST (midnight)[/i]. If a celebrity becomes critically ill at any time prior to the start of the contest, that celebrity cannot be chosen.
CELEBRITY CARRY OVER: If you played in the last BN Death Pool and would like to keep your original pick, you will have until 12:00 P.M. EST (that's lunch time for the intellectually impaired) this coming Friday - 2/25/2005 to do so. If you have not re-selected your pick by said time, your celebrity will be up for grabs.
CELEBRITY CRITERIA: This should be a MAJOR celebrity of the past or present with the criteria of "MAJOR" to be determined by the answer of this question, "Would this celebrity's death make it on the 6 o'clock national news"?
If the celebrity you picked dies you will not win the pool unless the Associated Press does a story about them . You can check the link below for an A.P. obituary release...
http://www.legacy.com/Legacy.asp?Page=APStories
PRIZE AMOUNT: Each losing contestant will be required to mail $1 in cash (paper money please) to the winner. The total prize amount will be based on the number of entries.
EXCEPTIONS: In order to participate in the most current Pine Box Derby you cannot owe money for any previous contests; with the one exception being the most recent contest. However, should you happen to win the PBD and you have not paid the winner from the previous PBD your prize will be forfitted. In other words... "PAY YOUR DEBTS PEOPLE!!!"
CONTEST DURATION: The contest will continue until a chosen celebrity takes a dirt nap.
LIFE STATUS VERIFICATION: CLICK HERE TO CHECK IF YOUR CHOICE IS STILL BREATHING
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PICK: You can either send a PM: nycparrothead (aka "monkeyspunk") or st.somewhere or simply post it in the thread below...

THANK YOU FOR PLAYING IN THE "3RD" OPHICIAL B.N. CELEBRITY DEATH POOL!

Payments are not considered "received" until the winner confirms them himself.

Who would have guessed that the word "P-R-I-C-K" would be censored? :-?

I never did find out what your gripe was with the northeast? Did you have some sort of an incident as a small child? What exactly did they do to you in New England?

I have just never met anyone from New England that was cool. They usually are huge blowhards. Blah Blah Blah Skiing at Killington is better than anywhere out west Blah Blah Blah Vermont.......

Well, I do have to say that it is good news to learn that you weren't abused as a boy. With regard to the really huge blowhards... Only a total effffen idiot would think that skiing these hills are in anyway comparable to the skiing out west. What else have these blowhards said that upsets you?
