I had field seats, 4 different times. The 5th row in the second section back from the stage, and the f'n system crashed every time. Ba$tards

Sorry while a nerd vents. They are trying to run their web server and the point of sale system off the same server. This works okay when you are selling tickets to the Ice Capades but when you really hammer it, like when Jimmy goes on sale the Internet Information Server portion folds and takes the point of sale system with it.

They should be set up on 2 independent machines with the IIS server handing off to POS when you are ready to purchase.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are problems with people's billing too.

three other ppl trying for me too and they crashed OK TICKET MASTER WAS BAD but this bites

Now it's telling me that I have reserved seats in my shopping cart but it isn't telling me where the seats are and when I click on "Check Out" it says I can only add 4 reservations to my cart at a time. I'm only adding 1 reservation. What a pack of dipsticks.

I have multiple browsers open and that message has been up on one of them since 10:00, it hasn't changed yet. Longest 3 minutes I've ever seen.

this is aggravating........I gave up......I can't believe it...........started touring with Jimmy when I was 14 and I am stopped by some F&*%ING CORPORATION!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!
