and call me late for supper, but 9 mill seems a bit high for a yacht built on a 50 year old frame.

they're awfully proud of that boat aren't they? Cosmic Muffin or not, $9 mm buys a jr megayacht. It has state of the art twin 50 hp yamaha motors?
Dreamin'? Dream big. Here's a couple of other "boats" in a similar price range for comparison, what's your pleasure?

Just in case....
Someone will probably buy it and turn it into a tourist attraction in Key Largo or Key West. I can see it now, "Go inside the muffin for $5". For readers who may not be familiar with the Cosmic Muffin

For some reason, Jimmy is not happy with this boat it seems. I asked him about it when I saw him in Pittsburgh and he got very irked and stopped the conversation.
I just wonder if its because these guys changed the name from the "Londonaire" to the "Cosmic Muffin" after WIJM came out without permission or something to that effect and have made a few bucks off it. We all know how "terrotorial" Buffett is with his namesake-merchandise.
Maybe now he can buy it and put it next to the Hemisphere Dancer in Orlando. But I'll miss not seeing it on the Middle River.
