these days it wouldn't take much for me to up and run.....

I want to move to the beach, buy a boat ( or an old restaurant shaped like a boat) and renovate it. i'd sell specialty gifts, jewelry, spa stuff...and I'd call it the "Boatique"....any backers to help me out...
