Without that pinnacle, his carreer would have neither been as successful, nor as long.

Next thing you'll tell me is that my feet wouldn't be as comfortable if my individual shoes weren't fit for left and right feet....or that i would stink if I didn't shower.... or that without the sun, there would be no sunlight ..... or any other crazy a$$ thing you can think of.

I think it's originally a Chesney tune.

Yes Ben is investigating and trying to find the license number of that truck that ran over BC Monday night.

As for the original comment its wrong. Jimmy is much more than that one song. It certainly got him known, but if you actually beleive thats the only thing that made his career...well i imagine you are the folks who go to his concerts just to hear it.

Poor Margarita Matt.... we still love ya pal, but the only thing that would have gotten you flamed worse would be if you had misspelled Buffett. ;)

Welcome newbie!

Why do you all have to slam this guy so much? This is not a discussion board...it's a "can only say positive, good things" board. There's no freaking room for error here or steppin' out of line. Anybody who says anything that's either obvious or critical or some opinion that's not 100% pro-Buffett gets the ole slam treatment. I've been on many discussion boards and they're just that...discussion boards. People discuss things, have different opinions and yes, most of the time ultimately agree. I enjoy Buffett's music but I don't always enjoy his fans.
