Here's what would need to happen... the family is currently scheduled to go to St Louis then for the family vacation - visiting Six Flags (our local passes get us in there), the zoo, City Museum, Grant's Farm, Ted Drewes Custard, etc. I would need to find acceptable alternatives in the Pittsburgh area, an Embassy Suites to stay in, and get permission from the family to leave them for a day - at 2 weeks notice! The last one would be the tricky one... they couldn't believe I left them for about 4 hours last year to see Peter Mayer in Louisville!
But boy, I wish I would have thought of it sooner!
And the problem is...?Tiki Bar wrote:Oh yeah... and I'd need to put the kids and luggage on the roof rack, so I could put the tiki bar in the minivan!![]()

That might work better in the past tense - after vanishing for a couple of daysTiki Bar wrote:"But honey... I've just got to meet Fur Play and Honey Ho!"
My friend says he'd rather ask for forgiveness than permission. I always thought that was catchy!Four Play wrote:That might work better in the past tense - after vanishing for a couple of daysTiki Bar wrote:"But honey... I've just got to meet Fur Play and Honey Ho!"
Out of curiousity, is there a Six Flags in the Pittsburgh area?
There is also a waterpark called SandCastle that opens an adult bar on Friday and Saturday nights called the SandBar.There is a famous amusement park called KENNYWOOD about 20 minutes out of town. The web site is ...

It has several historic world famous wooden coasters and a few new steel coasters. It's no Six Flags or Cedar Point but it's still a great park.
I had a boss at one of my old pre-law school jobs who would say "Make a decision. If it's wrong, ask for forgiveness." That was when I was a loan officer. I tried not to be wrong too often.comemonday wrote:My friend says he'd rather ask for forgiveness than permission.
