We will be coming from Hidden Valley, PA (Somerset County) on Saturday about 1 to 1.5 hour drive.

We are staying Saturday and Sunday nights at the Springhill Suites.

We need to figure out a Saturday night party.

Not comfortable posting my EMail and Cellphone here yet. Maybe we can figure that out as we get closer to the time.

We'll have several others of our group there for the pre-concert/concert and at least a few others for Saturday night.

By the way Four Play, I hope you are not still planning on floating from Station Square to PNC Park. You asked about going upriver or downriver. The answer would be all of the above and more. You would have to go down river (and across) the Monongahela River, get to the Point where the rivers meet to form the Ohio River, then go up (and across) the Allegheny River. And as a previous post suggested you would probably be dodging barges all the time. The Coast Guard would probably frown on this. Now if you can arrange a powered boat, I'm with ya even if I don't need to be!!!!

The Pittsburgh area PHC is having a preconcert party at Margarita Mama's in Station Square Saturday evening / night. That's where I'm planning to be.

I talked to a marina buddy who used to live in Pittsburgh, and he said the same thing as you. We're staying in Station Square, so I'm planning on taking the riverboat over to PNC.

I'd love to bring my boat, but that would be a really long haul from Dallas. Coconuts said she has access to an 18ft pontoon boat, but I don't know the specifics. That's probably not big enough to hold our crew, but maybe someone else will come along with another boat. I would be up for a boat party before and after the concert.
