1 cup skim-milk 2 scoops Whey Protein.
An hour and a half later --protein bar and meal replacement shake
But only because I hate eggs with a passion

You hate eggs, and like golf...you have no redeeming qualities at all.

I only hate eggs because I was raised on fresh eggs. Store eggs taste like rubber.
I'm sorry you are such and uncoordinated bastard fat kid that you can't play golf. Try bowling.

BOOGERS!!!
For breakfast? I at least wait until lunch. Or an afternoon snack.

I concur.
Bless you.

Ok, I can agree on the eggs...but I very, very rarely need to resort to store bought eggs. It's like eating beef...ick.

I prefer Elk myself, but I must also have a good steak at least once a week

Not enough experience with elk to make a choice. You'll hafta bring some out with you when come to Nissan (if I can make it). And I do have a good steak once a week...it just come from Bambi instead of Bessie.

Since I'm not a perky morning person and don't get up early enough to have breakfast before I leave for the train station, I usually bring a package of instant oatmeal to the office with me. Once the weather starts to warm up I'll start going to the cafeteria and switch to either a toasted bagel or a muffin. Or sometimes I'll stop at Krispy Kreme.
