Hey guys,
I am best man for my cousin and I am trying to plan the bachelor party. I want this to be raunchy! Strippers, kegs - the whole works. If anyone has any ideas or tips, I would appreciate it!
Thanks,
Joe

The kegs are the short round ones that require a great deal of pumping, right?
(sorry)

(You'll have to forgive if I've left out the raunchiest of details because as the wife I'm not privvy to all the information, but...)
This is what hubby and his best buddy did for their collective bachelor party. I think they got a Hummer Limo (I woulda gone for the party bus with a pole). There were about 15 guys and I think they had about 4 strippers. Drove around....drank...then headed over to buddy's house where there was more liquor and the dancers, etc etc etc. I see the logic behind having 2-4 strippers as that way the groom can be sufficiently entertained and the rest of the guests aren't twiddling their thumbs.
Be prepared for at least 1 stripper to have a breakdown and tell you her sob-life story.
I'd probably steer clear of an actual adult entertainment establishment as the bar tab will send you through the roof and unless your cousin likes humiliation-by-stripper...it's just not fun.
When it comes to renting the strippers...make sure you know what your cousin likes in a woman and make sure at least 2 of the strippers have some of those qualities. That way, if for some reason the company plays switch-er-oo on you, you have a better chance of getting the kind of gal your cousin would appreciate in that setting.
Coming from a wife with a pretty liberal husband policy...make sure you are not drinking and driving and beat the crap out of the dude who tries to bring a camera. And one final word of advice...try to plan it so it doesn't happen the night before the actual wedding. Make sure there's at least 1-2 nites difference before the wedding...but preferably not more than a week...so if raunchy details leak out to the bride, she doesn't have enough time to reconsider marrying the fool, I mean your cousin.
Anyway...just my two cents. Have fun.

Due to our work schedules, it has to be two weeks before, so we can make sure everyone can attend. I really don't care if the bride to be finds out! We are only 26 years old and we have thrown some big parties before, but I want to "nail" this one!:D Buffettbride, where do you suggest hiring a stripper from? Should I go to a "gentleman's club" and rent one or go through an escort agency? Anyways, I can't wait - this should be fun!

Hey Joe .... Just noticed your location - I have been to Peoria Illinois (why do you ask?

)......
You might know my buddy Jim Bright - he is pretty active in the PH community down there!
(and no , when I was there - I did not look and find out how to book a stripper - so cannot help you - here they advertise in the paper!)

as a person who drives the ladies around let me give you some tips
have something else to drink the girls will "party" with you
have some soda,juice,water also
a dressing area is a must
know which of your/his friends is a dumba$$
watch them at the first sign of trouble some of those crews will bolt.
go over the ground rules PRIOR to the dancers showing up
do not have cheapskates (or too many)
NO matter what ,those girls are not going to have sex with you/anyone at the party
Clean towels
get referals
have the 'entertainment" early in the night
no cameras some of these Dancers have high profile/well known parents
husbands/girlfriends
have a place that the neighbors are not going to stop the show.
minors..... be careful
know the laws and the companys policys
make sure everyone is clear just how long the dancers are there for
they sometimes have another party to brighten up
and you don't want anyone to get mad at their leaving.
most schedule some cushion time for an extra song or two
if the tips keep coming.
offer the bouncer something to drink/eat
have a place where everyone can sit in a circle/u shape
take the breakables down
put the pics of the family away
have change
(singles)
a little prep goes a long way BTW Buffett Brides advice is also good
sometimes you can find out where the Dancers work so you can
"test drive" them and see what/who you are getting..
also if you do get to see the show prior watch for attitude
some of those girls are just great to look at but no fun at all
balance is all..
Have a great time!!

You're too funny. I guess two weeks will have to do then!
Ummm. It doesn't matter really where you get your girls from. You can look places up that just "deliver" them...or you can call a local establishment and see if they will lease out the girls (this sounds simply awful doesn't it???). I have no idea what the difference in price will be...but do like you do with any purchase---shop around.
One other thing worth checking...is the amount of clothing that will be removed. I have a strict "no-bottums" rule. If I'm shelling out that kind of cash for an adventure...I want the WHOLE enchilada.
Ragtopw gave excellent advice.
One other tip...invite me!!!!

right, most of the dancers I work with decide by tips what will come off
hence the

no tightwads rule
ask questions check price vs quality vs quantity
have fun!!!!

There is a good reason for Wayno being the Muscle.
Ok now for the advice.
Call around to area angencies and gentlemen clubs. They usually have special talent evaluation times where you can go and see the dancers dance for free.
This may also give you the opportunity to get better talent as well. Make sure you go through a reputable agency and then there will be no problems the night of the party. Small agencies have been known to tell one price up front, and another the night of the show.
Make sure none of your buddies are going to be assholes to the girls. The girls or the muscle can "call" the show at anytime, and will if anyone steps too far out of line. Even though these girls are in the entertainment business, they will give a better show if you act like gentlemen instead of moronic frat boys.
Get at least 2 strippers. This is very important, as it makes for a much better show.
