Taxes!!!

Have you done your taxes? Mine are usually done about a month ago...but this year we were slackers. Just did them and e-filed.

That's how I'm going to Mexico, Nissan, AND San Diego.

We dont lodge ours till after Jun 30 ... so no to all of the above!

and I usually get a refund - worked there for 15 years - so know a thing or ten

Usually get a refund, only because of certain deductions.

I don't want the government to have my money for 'free' all year.

This year I have to pay, but that's because I sold a piece of property in FL for a nice profit. But I set aside money from the sale to cover it.

So all is good.

.....and I'm about burned out this time of year.

Well, I've filed. My esitmated pay date is this Friday. Two weeks from today I will have never been to Vegas... again.

I get a refund from the feds but I have to pay NY state. And yes, tax day is my birthday.

Federal Funds arrived this morning!!!
Now I just need my state refund!
