Song you want to hear on this tour that you havent seen live

Post by mexcooker12 »

This will only be my third Buffett show. Last year I really wanted to hear Southern Cross and he played it. This year I want to hear Last Mango in Paris or Tin Cup Chalice. What is the one or two songs that you have never heard Jimmy perform live that you want to hear on this tour?

Lage Nome Ai, also I know it isn't his, but You Can't Always Get What You Want would be the best way to finish out a concert. I love his version of it.

Me tooo!!!! :D That's prolly the only one I want to hear live before all is said and done. But I definitely don't want to hear it this year because I'm prolly only going to Nissan and my daughter won't be at the show with us.

Edit: So if I had to pick something I really do wanna hear, I'd prolly go with Tin Cup Chalice or Survive. His cover of You Can't Always Get What You Want would be kinda cool 'cause that's my favorite Stones song.

without a doubt. . Island Fever. . .

we requested it at one of the M'Ville N/O shows right after DSTC came out, he just grinned and said " I haven't learned all those words yet . . " I wanted to say " I KNOW THEM, I KNOW THEM, " but I repsect that he was upfront about it. .

also any song that has the words. . ." I LOVE YOU , BALCONY GIRLS ! " in it . . . .

I've always thought that Lage Nom Ai would be the greatest opening song! I'd also really love to hear Love and Luck!

They did Changing Channels at the end of the Tiki Time set list........which was very cool.

Oh yeah and Island would be great for an encore......

We spent a vacation at Cane Garden Bay. Manana always makes me smile because I can remember that great time...

The boys may think that WDWGDAS is a sexy song, but the girls all know that Steamer is the sexiest song Jimmy sings.....

I'm new to the forum so I've got to ask - what is the story behind The Balconey Girls?

Oh, and to keep this on topic I'd love to hear You Can't Always Get What you Want or Tin Cup Chalice ot Smart Woman in a Real Short Skirt or She's Got You. Can you tell that I'll just be happy to be there?

Agree 100%. Although I do have a the benefit concert he played a few years back with LMM on it. (with only one small glitch). I got BBB&B when my daughter was born and found that song and LOVED it.

Also, African Friend is a great tune I'd like to hear live. :pirate:

Was that song on any other album other than the boxed set?
