Went to a record store in Tampa today called Sound Exchange. Great place for record collecting. Here’s what I’ve got:

Jimmy Buffett – A-1-A (first pressing, gatefold)
Jimmy Buffett – Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes (first pressing, gatefold, custom inner sleeve)
Jimmy Buffett – You Had To Be There (promo, gatefold, custom inner sleeves, although missing poster)
Billy Joel – Cold Spring Harbor
Billy Joel – Piano Man
Billy Joel – Streetlife Serenade
Billy Joel – Glass Houses (custom inner sleeve)
Billy Joel – The Nylon Curtain (custom inner sleeve)
Elton John – Caribou (custom inner sleeve)
Elton John – Blue Moves (custom inner sleeves)
Elton John – Breaking Hearts (custom inner sleeve)
Bob Dylan – Highway 61 Revisited (beat up bad, but was only $1)
James Taylor – Walking Man
Back to the Future OST
Van Morrison – Into the Music (custom inner sleeve)

These 15 albums ended up costing about $35 together.

Does the CILCIA album that you bought have the short accoustic version of CILCIA after Landfall?
I bought a copy of it a couple of years ago and was shocked to find it on there.

I hung up my favorite albums around the top of the wall in my kitchen as a border. It came out way cool. Everyone loves it. I used furniture tacks inbetween so I wouldnt ruin the covers. And as my daughter called them.....the big cd's are still in them also.

Nope, that's on the MCA repressing, which doesen't have a gatefold or custom inner sleeve. Come to think of it, I think they had a copy of that version there, but I overlooked it in the excitement of seeing the one with all the art. I really wounder what the story behind that being recorded and pressed there is...

There was also a Volcano there with a blank inner sleeve, which is not right, as that's where all the credits and lyrics should be! Didn't buy that. I'm also on the lookout for another YHTBT that's not a promo and has the poster.

I was also looking for a copy of Dylan's Blonde on Blonde which is a similar situation. Bob selected a picture of an italian actress for the album's gatefold, and it got pressed, but legal issues lead to a repressing and a change in the layout of the interior.

My dad has a Technics turntable that's only a year old that cost about $350. Lightning hit our house early last year and killed turntable my dad had since the 70s, so we got insurance to pay for the new one.

Anyway, it gets a really good sound out of records and sounds like your listening to a CD (unless there are many significant scratches on there), sometimes even better. The copy of CILCIA I got yesterday is in great condition with no visible damage, I think it sounds better then the CD does. You barely hear any noise outside the recording, even in between songs!
