And the moon is climbin' high

See it shinin' in your eye.

Royalty, lord it looked good on me
Buried in silk in the royal boudoir or going nuclear free
Or playing Crokinole with the Princess of Monaco
Telling my jokes to the OPEC leaders, getting it all on video

Ya I know, I haven't been around that long, but he has let his Canadian feelings be known already.

Actaully I just bought the cd a couple weeks ago, Bargainville. I've always been a fan of Moxy Fruvous' King of Spain, it's a catchy tune.

By the light of the moon she'd drift through the streets
A rare old perfume so seductive and sweet
She'd tease us and flirt as the pubs all closed down
Then walk us on home and deny us a round

Home For A Rest - Spirit of the West (that's a good one!)

I loved you for a long, long time
I know this love is real
It don't matter how it all went wrong
That don't change the way I feel
And I can't believe that time's
Gonna heal this wound I'm speaking of . . .

These fragile bodies of touch and taste
This fragrant skin this hair like lace
Spirits open to the thrust of grace
Never a breath you can afford to waste

Times when the day is like a play by Sartre
When it seems a bookburning's in perfect order -
I gave the doctor my description
I tried to stick to my prescriptions

Tell me are you there, tell me
is it comfortable?
Did you want to escape,
try to escape
the population?
