Ok, so here's the problem. As you all know I'm fairly new to BN and have become quite addicted. I transcribe from home, and I just go nuts wondering, "What's goin' on in BN today?! It's rather distracting. Well, to add to this, I just recently upgraded my computer and can now listen to Radio Margaritaville while I work. Well NOW what do I do.... yet another distraction because I'd much rather be listening to Jimmy than some doctor blabbing about some gross procedure in my ear!

Am I sick, or am I just a normal fruitcake? :o

Cold turkey. Only way to do it. If you look once, you'll get sucked in.......

Cold hard reality: your work pays your bills, and you can't afford to screw that up.....

If you can't say hi and then leave to get work done, don't log on to BN until after work.......

you, my Lovv, are suffering from a terminal case of Jimmy-itis . . .

there is no known cure . . which is why there are so many of us . . .

symtoms include:

an overwhelming urge to consume alcoholic beverages. .
a noticible smile at the very mention of the word "jimmy " . .
cravins for citrus w/salt . . .
uncontrollable foot tapping on any audible regognized as JB

sorry, my friend, I'm afraid you will not survive or improve. . .

you are now, and forever will be, a Parrothead . .enjoy your stay in the recovery room . . .

Work? What is this WORK thing you speak of? OH, that place I go to listen to listen to RM and sneak peeks at BN  You mean I should do actual WORK?

Seriously Lori - I have a very hard time if I get on BN during the day at work. And even if I can get off, I keep sneaking back on. And heaven forbid if it is concert time (like right now for me). Good thing I'm on vacation until after San Jose - my boss knows I would be useless anyway.

Good Luck - it is a biatch but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

Oh, no apologies necessary! I'm just easily distracted anyway. My mind is all over the place!

Okay! I also have a 4yr old at home from noon until! But he understands that when I'm working, he is supposed to play. He knows that he gets time with me after I stop working. I type for a local radiology group, but I am picking up a few extra hours with a nationwide company for their radiology group. What about you?

Funny...I have a four year old also....he goes to daycare though most of the time. I work part-time as a quality control manager locally and part-time with a nationwide company (Medquist)...However, in a month or so, I will be working full-time with Medquist and traveling between Wisconsin and Kansas City....

OMG! This is getting weird. Medquist is the company I am going to work for P/T! I am finishing up training, hopefully, tomorrow! I will be working for Chicago. I'm blank right now on the name of the hospital. I'll get back to you. We may need to take this to a pm. But, how do you like Medquist? I don't know how long I'll be doing this. I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in hopes of getting into Pharmaceutical Sales. Not having ANY luck.
