actually it looks like the " perp " must have simply squatted right on the glass. . . there are signs of obvious . . er. . skid marks. . .

Have you ever noticed that if you have a dark car and a bird bombs you, it's always white bird $hit? And if you have a light colored car you get technicolor bird $hit. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm"
