that's cheap, in that neighborhood. I know someone who owns an apartment just out of the picture: 2BR, about 1200 sq ft. It's worth over $5 million........

Being the PROUD owner of a home, on 3.4 acres, this blew my mind...
My house is 4620 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 2+1/2 bath with a finished basement, 2 car garage and a 18x18 room over the garage. I paid 1/3 of that. Can we say location, location, location????
Makes me LOVE my tiny town!
And still, I can vacation anywhere!
