Amazing jukebox

Post by phenwayparrothead »

Just discovered that my local waterign hole picked up a new jukebox, its incredible. Its some kind of high tech deal, so if it doesnt have the song you ant, for the price of an extra song and will download pretty much any song out there. As you can imagine my local watering hole has been forced to listen to quite a bit of Buffett lately. :D

Wow, that is pretty neat. Like a Napster or iTunes jukebox; however I don't know if I could wait the download time. 8)

The bar I've been going to lately has one of those too! It's great. I've been adding a lot of Buffett to their collection. When I first started going there they did not have one Buffett song (gotta hate Connecticut bars), but now they've got more than their fair share! It's rockin now!

Hot damn. :)

The jukebox in the bar where I play trivia used to have a huge selection of CDs... with most of the tunes locked out. (The Yellow Album only had Margaritaville and Come Monday available). Now, there are a ton of songs in the listings. The only drawback is that the old-time price of 5 plays for a buck is now up to 1 play per buck, 3 for $2... uff da.
