Spending More Time in Manhattan
From the NY Post: Beachcombing balladeer Jimmy Buffett has had changes in attitude as well as changes in altitude since he bought a sky-high Manhattan apartment. The Post's Braden Keil reports the salt-shaking songwriter has shelled out $11.7 million for a 73rd-floor apartment in the Time Warner Center's south tower. The four-bedroom condo, with views of Central Park and both rivers, includes 51/2 bathrooms, a maid's room, library, large gourmet kitchen and former popstar neighbor Ricky Martin a few floors below. Buffett, whose main home is in Palm Beach, also has a summer estate in the Hamptons.

You know up to this point it hasn't bothered me what Jimmy spent our money on. BUT...this is really irritating. What the h--- does he need ANY apartment in Manhattan for, much less one that costs more than all the houses in some of our little southern towns! For God sake he has a beautiful home in New York already! Is it for his couple of days in the city? Geeeezzzz! Sorry, this time I'm p***

Let's see... Jimmy now has 2 homes in the New York area, SaG Harbor in the Hamptons and now this luxury apartment, and still NO NEW YORK DATES!!! Jimmy must love spending time in NY but doesn't have any dates scheduled, what's the deal?

(most of our bathrooms, have toilets separate - so we dont consider the toilet to be part of the bathroom in most homes)
