One of my favorite JB songs is I Have Found Me a Home.
My favorite line in that song is:
The days drift by, they don't have names.
That is the place in life where I want to be. Where it doesn't matter what day of the week it is. What a great way to live!

Way too many to mention, first two that pop up.....
"Good times and riches and sonofabitches,
I've seen more than I can recall"
"Some of its magic,
Some of its tragic
but I've had a good life all the way"

I gotta go where it's warm !!
If we weren't all crazy we'd all go insane...
Why don't we get drunk and screw ??
There's a little bit of fruitcake in every one of us..

Well I’m a tidal pool explorer
From the days of my misspent youth
I believe that down on the beach
Where the seagulls preach
Is where the Chinese buried the truth

So many choices.......
Some that haven't yet been mentioned:
Wrinkles only go where the smiles have been
Reading departure signs in some big airport
reminds me of the places I've been
(It's pretty cool to be in places like Frankfurt or Hong Kong and glance at the departure screens knowing you've been to over half of the cities posted...)
Yesterdays are over my shoulder
So I can't look back for too long
There's too much to see
Waiting in front of me
And I know I just can't go wrong
But I do know one thing, indecision may or may not be my problem

Hey -- These are two of my favorites!! I also like:
"We can go Hiking on Tuesday, with you I'd walk anywhere."
and
"I've got fly to St. Somewhere, I've got to go where it's warm."

"I've had good days and bad days and goin' half mad days"
"shells sink, dreams float, life's good on our boat"
"years and miles and tears and smiles"
"it's just another shi**y day in paradise"

Groovy tells the waitress,
That his chicken died in vain.
Most everyday goes by,
According to design,
I live this dream but still it seems,
I have you on my mind. .
Well, he's on his third drink before the wheels of the plane leave the ground,
Makin points with the stewardess high over Long Island Sound.
It's time for change,
I'm tired of that same old same,
Same old words, same old lines,
Same old tricks and the same old rhymes.

Wish I was back in my crash pad days, before I knew what cash flow meant...
I'd rather die while I'm livin, than live while I'm dead...
Television preachers with bad hair and dimples, the gods honest truth is its not that simple...
Some people never find it, some only pretend, but me, I just want to live happily ever after, every now and then...
I've proven who I am so many times, the magnetic strips worn thin...I never knew what you all wanted so I gave you everything...
Life was just a tire swing, Jambalaya was the only song I could sing, blackberry pickin and eatin fried chicken, and I never knew a thing about pain...
But yesterdays over my shoulder, so I cant look backward too long, there's just too much to see waitin in front of me and I know that I just cant go wrong...
And my sig line... sorry for the novel

I could keep going but many have already been mentioned

Thats like asking someone What is your favorite lover? There are some things that we can't answer. There are just too many to call my favorite.

While the lights of 'bout St Thomas lie 20 miles west, I see General Electric still doing thier best.
I've gotta fly to St Somewhere.
The beer is too cold, the daquiri's too fruitiful.
It's alright to be crazy just don't let it drive you nuts!

I actually had hope there for a minute we would get through one of these type threads without this kind of comment...almost!
But anyway, there are a lot of great really clever lines. I might run through a bunch in another post...or maybe not, but how can any parent not love:
"She's growing up too fast for me and asking lots of questions.
Some I know the answer to and some I'm looking for suggestions."

The list could go on forever! Here are a few....
Survive stay alive
When will it all end
Survive stay alive
Till I see you again
Here come the big ones - Relationships -
We all got 'em, we all want 'em. What do we do with'em?
So I approached him, I said "Mr. Bear, I love
every hair on your twenty-seven acre body
I'm just glad I don't live in a trailer
Now most of the people who retire in Florida
are wrinkled and they lean on a crutch.
And mobile homes are smotherin' my keys;
Well I hate those bastards so much.
I wish a summer squall would blow them
all the way up to fantasy land.
They're ugly and square, they don't belong here.
They look a lot better as beer cans.
But I've got to stop wishin',
Got to go fishin', I'm down to rock bottom again.
Just a few friends, just a few friends.

So many I could list, but for now it would have to be.....
Some people never find it
Some... only pretend, but me:
I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.
I don't want much, don't ask for much, don't expect anything from anybody....this is really all I want.....to live happily ever after every now and then....that's one treasure you just don't come across very often.

Tomorrow's right around the corner
I'll get there somehow
But I'm stuck in meantime
And I Love The Now
Where the jukebox is blastin'
and the liquor is flowing
an occasional bottle of wine.
That's cause everyone here is just more than
contented to be living and dying in three quarter time.
And when I get older and I have a daughter,
I'll teach her to sing, and play her my song
And I'll tell her some stories I can barely remember
And hope that she will sing along.
