bullocks!!! :x

I dig Mellencamp... but the Chicagoland show is on the day I get back from Rio and I'm already going to the Cubs game that afternoon... don't think I'm going to be able to rally enough to get out to the burbs for a show that night! :-?

His stuff with CCR, or his solo stuff? I don't know any of his music, besides the song Centerfield, but if I go to the concert I'll have to pick up a CD or two. Any suggestions?

Mellencamp, on the other hand, I know more about, and love his stuff.

I think those are going to be released later on into the summer, that list is just the first 25 I think.

If you can go to Mellencamp...go. Great concert this year. The focus is not on the crap that makes things look pretty, but rather on the music, and damn, it was a good time!
Barmaid, play me some Buffett, I'm in the mood to get away.

I like both his work with CCR and the solo stuff so I'd recommend his live album Premontion since it features a good mixture of the two.

Mellencamp I can take or leave but Fogerty is great. I saw him once before CCR broke up and 3 times solo. None of the solo shows were close to being sold out and the biggest venue was Jones Beach which only holds 14,000.
