This release is both a re-release and first release again due to the presentation. The release marks the first time that all 24 Barnaby tracks are available in one package. The only other release of all 24 tracks at one time was the 1998 Varese Sarabande reissues of both original albums. Like Varese Sarabande this release contains both Richard Frost and High Cumberland Dilemma. The tracks are presented on 2 discs with all of the Down to Earth tracks one Disc 1 and all of the High Cumberland Jubilee tracks on disc 2.

Another point of interest with this release is the cover art which features a photo of Jimmy taken in 1973 or 1974. The release features liner notes that serve as a micro biography of Jimmy and his career. In reading the liner notes there is a comment about how Jimmy's Barnaby songs are hard to find. Given all of the releases and re-releases of the songs, I have to wonder about the liner notes definition of "Hard"

One last point about both of these 2005 reissues is that for the first time in seven years the song "England" has been reissued, the last time being Varese Sarabande 1998 reissue of High Cumberland Jubilee. No reissue between then and now as offered this track replacing it with High Cumberland Dilemma.

Sound quality A+ :D
