May 21 - 2 legendary acts will be appearing near my home, but a different venues. which would you pick??

or
Eric Burdon and the Animals??

Eric who and the what??? Never heard of them.
Oh wait I once owned a tape by the animals that I inherited because it was stuck in the player of the van I bought. I ripped out the player because it drove me nuts.

You could invite George Jones over for that. I don't know how he feels aobut the Simpsons, but I hear he's a fan of beer.

ERIC BURDON AND THE ANIMALS!!!!!
They do THE best version of "House of the Rising Sun" I've ever heard.
I also love their songs "Sky Pilot", "We Gotta Get Out of This Place", and, one of the anthem songs for those of us approaching or into our golden years-"Monerrey."

Saw George Jones last year at the Strawberry Festival.... and I must say... Impressive! Hubby's the fan...but I really enjoyed the show!
So I would go to see George...he can't have to many years left!
